Chopped Green apple                          ¼ cup
Chopped Mango                                  ¼ cup
Chopped pine apple                            ¼ cup
Chopped kiwi                                      ¼ c up
Chopped banana                                 ½ cup
Chopped broccoli                                   2 no.
Chopped carrot                                     ¼ cup
Spinach                                                 ¼ cup
Soy milk                                               ½ cup  
Flax seed                                              1tbsp

Method:
